Ananya and Natalie will offer two daily classes connecting to the body through yoga asana as a basis for self-exploration. While doing yoga asana and gazing upon the Pacific Ocean, your heart, mind and body will open to new possibilities. In this supportive environment, we will explore aspects of your unique self, and if desired, share those discoveries with each other in community.

You'll enjoy delicious, healthy seafood and vegetarian entrees prepared by professional gourmet chefs with two meals included each day. During your retreat you will enjoy ample opportunities for restful, reflective time, and swimming in the beautiful Pacific Ocean. With your free time you can enjoy a manicure or pedicure on the beach, receive a relaxing massage, shop for souvenirs, enjoy the deliciousness of a fresh coconut, and explore various restaurants for a tasty, light lunch. Should you want to discover more activities in the area, we can arrange for surfing lessons, eco-tours with hiking or kayaking, horseback riding, and a boat trip to beautiful Ixtapa Island with snorkeling.
